SemegaChange ‘Feature Nomination Forms’ are now live

This September, SemegaChange has officially begun “Feature Nomination Forms” for women of color in STEM for 2024. With this form, women of color in STEM can nominate themselves or others that they believe should be represented as a monthly feature on the SemegaChange website and social media. 

These monthly features represent specific themes for the BIPOC community such as Women’s History Month, Black History Month, Earth History Month, etc. SemegaChange’s past features have represented Carribean, AAPI, and Indigenous heritages, and are looking to represent even more diversity monthly. 

The requirements for becoming a recognized feature on SemegaChange are to identify as a woman of color in STEM, actively pursuing a STEM field or already in the career, and have a developing or established project/business/fundraiser. 

As a result of being featured, the selected honoree will be inducted into the SemegaChange Cohort, join SemegaChange membership free of charge with benefits included, speak & be commemorated at the annual SemegaChange Gala, etc.
